Cancer Fighting Foods! Put these foods to the test!

Due to the icky cold rain my car is still not decorated. Nor have I found a sitter for the LARGE challenge I was intending to do. I am kind of bummed about that situation, but I guess I should have planned better. I am having pretty good ideas for the following weeks. And I hope that this week you are also getting out and learning how to help fight cancer. Did you check out the sweet shirts yet? You better!

Anyways I thought maybe you'd enjoy this wonderful list of foods that are thought to help prevent cancer. It's worth a shot I say to add these into your regular eating routines.

Avocados
Broccoli, cauliflower,
Cabbage (this is known to fight breast cancer up to 70%)!!
Carrots
Peppers
Brussels Spouts (throw some butter and salt and pepper on them and you'll be fine)
Flax
Garlic (Not just for fending yourself from vampires anymore).
Grapefruit
Kale
Mushrooms
Nuts
Lemons
Berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries).
Sweet Potatoes
Black and Green teas
Seaweed
Mangoes
Tofu or other soy products (like soy milk)
Tomatoes
Leafy Greens
Wheat
Grapes

I am now thinking about cooking myself a healthy, veggie loaded meal!
