So I have to admit to you to prove how hard this challenge is going to be for me- I am a meat eater. I love meat. Recently with a few diet changes I did cut out red meat a lot- but I am a fan of turkey, fish, and pretty much anything that doesn't have a face attached. That is why this weeks challenge is just that.
This week I am going vegetarian. I cannot eat a single bite of meat until next Monday.
Yesterday was my first day of going meatless- and I must say it was hard for me. The moment I decided it was out of my diet was the moment I wanted a steak. Go figure. Temptation always makes things harder.
On the plus side, maybe I'll be able to try some new dishes, that's kind of exciting in a way. My hopes are to find some recipes and then share them with you so by the end of the week you can have a few "go meatless" tips.

Challenge Bonus: During this challenge I cannot use Bocca burgers, fake chicken, or fake ribs in place of meat. I have eaten some of these before and they do a pretty good job as a sub. However, I feel that if I use these products it will basically be a cop out. It'd be far too easy that way.
